However, we highly recommend that whenever you are buying or selling a home you have the water well and water well pumping system thoroughly inspected and the water quality and Quanitity tested.

If you preform this test in advance and have this information readily available for any interested buyers. Another advantage is that should their be water quality issues you can determine a way to rectify the situation before the situation is in the buyers hands as a negotiating piece.

~ Water Quantity testing determines the flow of water comeing out of the well, should their be any flow issues it will give you the ability to again rectify the situation before it becomes a negotiating piece for the buyer.

~ System Preformance checks are important from a selling perspective due to the fact that should the system be showing any minor faults you can easily have the system corrected before the potential buyers are ever aware of the situation.
